My Rates & Fees:

Initial Design:	Creating or re-designing a website from scratch, from 1 to 5 Web Pages in size. (A Web Page can be very long and is not limited in size like a sheet of paper.)	$2,000.00 (U.S.) flat fee. hourly/time rates do not apply.

First Edit:	Making edits, changes, and/or updates to an existing website not of my own design, from 1 to 5 Web Pages in size.	$1,000.00 (U.S.) flat fee. hourly/time rates do not apply.

Additional Pages:	Creating additional pages over the 5 Web Page maximum specified for the Initial Design and First Edit services.	$100.00 (U.S.) per page. hourly/time rates do not apply.

Second Edit:	Hourly rate for making edits, changes, and/or updates to an existing website where I have already done an Initial Design or First Edit.	$100.00 (U.S.) per page + $75.00 (U.S.) minimum per hour.

Additional Second Edit Pages:	Creating additional pages to where I have already done an Initial Design or First Edit.	$100.00 (U.S.) per page + $75.00 (U.S.) minimum per hour.

Virtual Reality Service: (Local U.S.V.I. Residents Only)	Creation of QuickTime VR and/or QuickTime CubicVR movie images ideal for website viewing of a physical locations, but displayed virtually. (I reside on the island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Residents of other locations who wish to utilize my Virtual Reality services will incur my transportation cost in addition to this service fee and rate.)	$100.00 (U.S.) per QTVR file + $75.00 (U.S.) minimum per hour.

Consulting/Instruction: (Local U.S.V.I. Residents Only)	My time for which I can help you get a clearer understanding about your Computer, the Internet, Websites, HTML, and anything else you’d like to know, learn, or need help with. (I reside on the island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Residents of other locations who wish to utilize my Consulting/Instruction services will incur my transportation cost in addition to my hourly rate.)	$75.00 (U.S.) minimum per hour.


The following services I can do for you, but I prefer not to, which will explain my very high prices. I would rather give my Consulting/Instruction time for these services instead. But if you are really dead set on having me do this for you, then here are my fees...

Domain Name Registration:	If you want me to register a Domain Name for you. (A Domain Name is the URL or Web Address, for example: www.MyDomainName.com.)	$200.00 (U.S.) per domain name.

Search Engine Submission:	If you want me to submit your Domain Name, URL, or any other page(s) to search engines. (Search Engine Submissions may take anywhere from a day to over 4 months before you are added to each search engine’s database, but this service does not guarantee you will be added, nor does it guarantee your submission will be in the top ranking.)	$200.00 (U.S.) per domain/page to be submitted.

Payment Notes:

There is NO HOURLY/TIME RATE for the Initial Design or First Edit services.

These fees and rates are my design rates and DO NOT INCLUDE your
Web Hosting and/or Internet Service Provider monthly fees to keep
your site up and available on the Internet for the whole world to see.

Website Clients who reside in the U.S. Virgin Islands will not be asked for
payment until your site/work is completed and ready for display on the Internet.

Website Clients who are not local residents in the U.S. Virgin Islands
are asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of half the total estimated design
fee in advance. When your Website is completed, the remaining half of
the payment will be requested, whereupon receival of payment your site
will be moved from my temporary viewing area to your ISP/Web Host.

Payments are to be paid immediately upon receipt of invoice.
If payment cannot be provided by date of invoice, you have one week from the
date of invoice (the due date) to make payment before late fee charges are incurred.
Late fee charges are 25% of the grand total PER EACH WEEK OVERDUE...
